Anthes & Maria olives - 100% natural and healthy Greek olives in own brine

The olives of ANTHES & MARIA represent the large-fruited Green Natural Olive - Halkidiki variety, grown in the Ormilia region, Greece, the Green olive Spanish type, Halkidiki variety, the Kalamon variety olive grown in Halkidiki, the Brown Raisin Olive, Halkidiki variety.

The original technology of processing targets ecological and healthy channeling of the natural biochemical processes in the fruits. The olives are cured in their natural (maternal) brine from 4 to 12 months (except for the raisin which is partially dehydrated), during which time the olives ferment, enrich their flavours and content of phytonutrients.
